1. About Dr Susanna Alberti

This website is operated by Dr Susanna Alberti, GMC-registered Consultant Anaesthetist and Aesthetic Medicine Practitioner. The clinic is based in Oxford and offers non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

2. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked exclusively online via our secure booking system at https://dralberti.book.app. You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and location of your appointment.

3. Cancellations and Late Arrivals

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.

4. Payments and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit is redeemable against the cost of your treatment, provided the treatment takes place within 1 month of the original booking.
If the appointment is rescheduled beyond 1 month, a new deposit may be required.
The remaining balance is payable at the appointment.
We accept payment by card or via the online booking system.
Treatment prices are visible during booking and may vary depending on individual needs.

5. Medical Suitability

You must be over 18 years of age.
All treatments are subject to a medical consultation and suitability assessment.
Dr Alberti reserves the right to decline treatment if not medically appropriate or safe.

6. Aftercare and Results

Treatment results vary per individual. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
You will be provided with verbal and written aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to follow them to optimise results and minimise risk.
Top-up treatments or adjustments may incur an additional fee unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

All treatments are provided with full medical consent and in accordance with current guidelines. Dr Alberti is insured and operates under UK medical and aesthetic regulatory standards.

However, by proceeding with a treatment, you agree to release Dr Alberti from liability in the rare case of minor side effects, where these are known risks and have been discussed.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Your privacy is fully respected. All personal and medical information is stored securely and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and medical confidentiality obligations.
