Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine
Advanced skin repair through cellular regeneration and targeted healing.
Regenerative aesthetic treatments work by stimulating your skin and scalp to repair, regenerate, and improve over time — using the power of biologically active substances. At my doctor-led clinic in Oxford, I offer advanced options such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) for the face and scalp, exosome microneedling for skin texture and glow, and polynucleotides injections to improve hydration, elasticity, and tissue quality. These are non-filler, injectable treatments that work gradually to support skin rejuvenation, reduce signs of fatigue or dullness, and promote hair growth in areas affected by thinning. Whether you’re looking for natural skin regeneration or support for perimenopausal hair loss, these treatments provide a subtle but effective approach, delivered in a clinical, medically supervised setting.
Exosomes
Plant-based or cell-derived particles that trigger skin regeneration and repair.
Exosomes are nano-sized messengers that deliver powerful regenerative signals to your skin, improving elasticity, texture and radiance without adding volume. I use high-quality, medical-grade exosomes applied through microneedling to maximise absorption.
-
How it works: exosomes promote collagen synthesis, reduce inflammation, and support skin repair by sending molecular instructions to your skin cells.
-
Downtime: mild redness for 24–48h due to microneedling. Skin usually looks visibly healthier within a few days.
-
Not suitable for: active skin infections, very recent filler or laser treatments, or known allergy to topical serums used in the protocol.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
A powerful self-derived treatment using your own blood to stimulate skin repair.
After drawing a small amount of your blood, the plasma is separated and re-injected or microneedled into the skin to stimulate healing and renewal.
-
How it works: PRP delivers growth factors that activate fibroblasts, stimulate collagen, and improve vascular supply to the treated area. Ideal for fine lines, dull skin, and even hair thinning.
-
Downtime: minimal — possible redness, swelling or mild bruising for 1–2 days.
-
Not suitable for: patients with platelet disorders, active systemic inflammation, or who take anticoagulants.
Polynucleotides
Highly purified DNA fragments that stimulate skin regeneration and hydration.
These injectables are ideal for fragile, sensitive or scarred skin. Polynucleotides repair the extracellular matrix, rebalance the skin microbiome and reduce redness, particularly in conditions like rosacea or post-acne inflammation.
-
How it works: polynucleotides attract water, modulate inflammation and trigger tissue regeneration — especially effective under the eyes, on the cheeks or on acne scars.
-
Downtime: mild swelling or redness may occur, especially under the eyes, but fades quickly.
-
Not suitable for: patients with fish allergies (if the product is salmon-derived), or during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
My Approach
I only use regenerative therapies backed by clinical evidence, and I tailor each protocol carefully depending on your skin condition, immune status and previous treatments. Whether you are struggling with scarring, inflammation, sensitivity or loss of tone, I will help you choose the most suitable regenerative pathway — or combine them for optimal results. These are not cosmetic “quick fixes”, but deep-acting therapies that repair and strengthen your skin in the long term.
Why Choose My Clinic
I am a fully qualified medical doctor, registered with the General Medical Council and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. I only offer regenerative treatments that are backed by solid clinical research, using carefully sourced, high-quality materials. Every protocol — whether it includes exosomes, PRP or polynucleotides — is designed based on your individual skin needs, your medical history, and the expected cellular response.
I do not follow trends or one-size-fits-all approaches. I take the time to evaluate what your skin truly needs, and I prioritise both safety and long-term results. All injectable and microneedling treatments are performed personally, with maximum precision, care and comfort.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if Exosomes, PRP or Polynucleotides are right for me?
During your consultation, I will assess your skin condition, concerns and overall goals. PRP is often best for patients seeking a natural treatment using their own blood, particularly for under-eye hollows or hair loss. Polynucleotides are ideal for sensitive, inflamed or rosacea-prone skin. Exosomes work well for those who want deep regeneration, reduced inflammation, and improved glow without any injections. In some cases, I may recommend combining two of these approaches for optimal results.
Are these treatments painful?
All procedures are performed with a numbing cream or local anaesthetic when needed. Microneedling or superficial injections are usually well tolerated. Most patients report minimal discomfort.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the treatment and the area being treated. PRP and exosomes are often done as a course of 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Polynucleotides may require a course of 3–4 treatments. Maintenance sessions can be discussed after your skin response is evaluated.
Is there downtime?
Most regenerative treatments have little to no downtime. You may experience some redness, swelling, or mild bruising after microneedling or injections, but this usually resolves within 24–72 hours.

Please note:The answers provided above are general guidelines.
Every treatment is discussed in full detail during your consultation, where I carefully assess your needs, medical history, and aesthetic goals.
My approach is always tailored, transparent, and patient-led — you will never be rushed or pressured into a decision.
Some of the regenerative treatments I use for the skin — such as Exosomes and PRP — are also part of my approach to improving scalp health and supporting hair growth.
