Dermal Fillers

Add volume, restore harmony, and refine facial structure with subtle, natural results.

Dermal fillers are injectable treatments designed to restore lost volume, contour the face, and smooth out lines or shadows. They are made of hyaluronic acid — a naturally occurring substance in the skin — and provide immediate but natural-looking results when applied with precision.

My Approach

Every face has its own proportions, volume distribution, and tissue quality. My approach is to evaluate not just what is missing, but why it appears aged or unbalanced.

Sometimes, volume is still present but needs to be repositioned. Other times, especially in slimmer faces, additional support is needed with fillers. When the concern is more about skin texture or firmness, I may recommend biostimulation or threads instead.

I always treat gradually, prioritising safety, naturalness, and long-term harmony.

How It Works

Dermal fillers are placed under the skin to lift, support or reshape areas affected by volume loss or ageing. I use only high-quality filler products and inject using needles and cannulas from the best manufacturer in the field, to ensure precision, control, and minimal tissue trauma.

Each area of the face requires a tailored approach, both in technique and product density. The key is to work with the face, not against it — restoring structure without overcorrection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I look fake or overdone?

No — my approach is always conservative and tailored. The goal is to restore balance, not to distort. Every treatment is designed to enhance your natural features subtly, without overcorrection.

How long do dermal fillers last?

It depends on the area treated and the type of filler used, but results typically last between 6 and 18 months. Lip fillers usually last slightly less, while cheek or jawline fillers often last longer.

Is the procedure painful?

Most patients find it very tolerable. I use numbing cream or local anaesthetic, and I inject slowly using fine cannulas or needles to minimise discomfort and bruising.

Will I bruise or swell?

Some mild swelling or bruising is possible, especially in sensitive areas like the lips or tear trough. It usually resolves within a few days and can be covered with makeup after 24 hours.

Can filler be removed if I don’t like the result?

Yes. Hyaluronic acid-based fillers can be dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase. This is rarely needed, but it gives peace of mind to those who are new to fillers.

When will I see the results?

You’ll see an improvement immediately after the treatment. However, minor swelling may temporarily affect the final look, which typically settles within a few days.

Can I have fillers if I’ve never had anything done before?

Absolutely. I regularly treat first-time patients and always take time to explain each step. We start gradually, with soft and subtle corrections, to ensure you feel comfortable and natural.

Can the same filler be used everywhere on the face?

No — each area of the face has different tissue depth, structure, and movement, so the same filler is not suitable for all indications. Some fillers are softer and designed for superficial layers like fine lines or lips, while others are denser and used for deep support near the bone (periosteal layer).

I carefully select the right filler texture and injection depth for each area to ensure natural results and avoid complications.
