Body Contouring & Fat Reduction
Targeted treatments to reduce localised fat, improve skin firmness, and address cellulite.
At my clinic in Oxford, I offer a range of non-surgical body treatments to help address localised fat deposits, skin laxity, and cellulite. Options include Aqualyx fat-dissolving injections, which target stubborn areas like the chin, abdomen, thighs or flanks; mesotherapy with phosphatidylcholine, used to break down fat cells and improve contour; and the T-Shape device, which combines radiofrequency, vacuum massage and light therapy to tighten skin and improve texture. For patients struggling with cellulite, I often recommend combining in-clinic protocols with Skinade Targeted Solutions Cellulite — a collagen peptide supplement clinically developed to support skin integrity, lymphatic drainage and connective tissue from within. All treatments are carefully selected after consultation and tailored to your specific body composition and goals.

T-Shape2
A powerful device that combines radiofrequency, vacuum massage and laser to firm, tone and smooth the body.
T-Shape2 is ideal for treating areas such as thighs, buttocks, abdomen or arms where skin laxity, cellulite or volume retention are concerns. The treatment is non-invasive and comfortable.
-
How it works: radiofrequency stimulates collagen production and tightens the skin, laser gently heats fat cells to encourage drainage, and vacuum massage boosts circulation and lymphatic flow.
-
Downtime: none. You may experience a mild feeling of warmth or pinkness that resolves within hours.
-
Not suitable for: patients with metal implants in the treated area, active inflammation, or severe varicose veins.
Aqualyx®
An injectable fat-dissolving treatment for small, stubborn areas of fat.
Aqualyx® is a biocompatible solution designed to break down and remove localised fat that doesn’t respond to diet or exercise — especially on the chin, hips, abdomen or inner thighs.
-
How it works: it contains deoxycholic acid, which disrupts fat cell membranes and allows fat to be naturally eliminated by the body’s lymphatic system.

-
Downtime: swelling and tenderness in the treated area can last up to 7–10 days, especially under the chin.
-
Not suitable for: patients with liver disease, uncontrolled metabolic disorders, or known allergy to any component.
Mesotherapy
A cocktail of phosphatidylcholine and other lipolytic agents to reduce fat and firm the skin.
This technique is ideal for softening cellulite and reducing volume in areas such as the thighs, abdomen or flanks. It can be used alone or in combination with T-Shape2 for enhanced results.
-
How it works: the injected phosphatidylcholine emulsifies fat deposits while boosting microcirculation and collagen stimulation.
-
Downtime: mild redness, swelling or tenderness for 1–3 days.
-
Not suitable for: pregnancy, anticoagulant use, or history of hypersensitivity to lecithin or caffeine derivatives.
An advanced nutritional supplement designed to target cellulite from within.
I often recommend this 90-day programme alongside in-clinic treatments for optimal results. It improves skin firmness, reduces inflammation, and helps repair the dermal matrix.

-
How it works: it combines marine collagen peptides, MSM, CLA and key micronutrients to support circulation, connective tissue and skin hydration in areas prone to cellulite.
-
Recommended with: subcision, PPC, T-Shape2 and body peels.
-
Not suitable for: those with fish allergies or on strict vegan diets.

My Approach
Body contouring should always be based on realistic goals, not on perfection. I never promise dramatic results after a single session, but I do offer evidence-based treatments that gradually reshape, firm and improve tissue tone. Every body is different — and I tailor your treatment plan accordingly, whether the focus is fat reduction, skin tightening or cellulite management.
When treating cellulite, I also use advanced subcision techniques to release the fibrous bands that make dimpling worse — going beyond superficial smoothing to treat the structural cause.
It’s also important to know that not everyone is a good candidate for these treatments. Patients with generalised obesity or significant weight issues will not benefit from localised contouring procedures — and I’ll be honest if I believe that a different medical or nutritional approach is more appropriate. My role is to guide you towards what’s truly effective, not to sell treatments that won’t deliver visible results.
Why Choose My Clinic
I am a GMC-registered medical doctor with years of experience in aesthetic medicine. All treatments are personally performed by me using CE-marked or FDA-approved products and devices. I do not use unregulated compounds or generic substances. My approach is always medical, personalised, and focused on safety and real results — not unrealistic expectations.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
We’ll discuss your goals during a consultation. T-Shape2 is ideal for firming and cellulite, Aqualyx works for localised fat pads, and PPC mesotherapy offers both fat and texture improvement. Sometimes I combine treatments for better results.
Are these treatments for weight loss?
No — these are not weight-loss treatments, but contouring procedures for reshaping specific areas. They are best used when you’re close to your goal weight but struggling with resistant zones.
Is it painful?
T-Shape2 is very comfortable. Aqualyx and PPC involve small injections that can sting slightly; I always use numbing or cooling techniques to reduce discomfort.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the treatment. T-Shape2 is often done in cycles of 6–8 sessions. Aqualyx usually requires 2–3 treatments per area. PPC can be repeated every 2–3 weeks.

What can I do to improve cellulite more effectively?
I use a combination approach depending on the severity and type of cellulite. This can include energy-based treatments like T-Shape2, injectable lipolytics such as PPC or Aqualyx®, and advanced subcision techniques to release fibrous bands under the skin. I always recommend combining these with a course of Cellulite Skinade®, a specialist collagen drink designed to support connective tissue, circulation and skin texture from within. For best results, it should be taken daily alongside the in-clinic treatments.
